Liadan Maire Gunter

 

Liadan is neuroscientist and anthropologist turned entrepreneur who coaches and educates individuals and members of organizations in rewiring their brains for behavior change using science based tools. 

Liadan has a BA in neuroscience from Boston University and a MSc. in Research in Behavior and Cognition with a specialization in neuroscience and anthropology. She has spent significant time studying social behavior, decision making, learning and memory, neurodegenerative diseases, and synaptic plasticity. 

Liadan has a multicultural background, where she was raised in 3 countries, has lived in 5, and speaks 3 languages. She brings this diverse perspective into her coaching to foster an open and compassionate environment, but still encourage growth, and diverse ways of thinking. 

After leaving basic neuroscience research to study the social dynamics of wild chimpanzees in Uganda, Liadan wanted to help make scientific findings more accessible.

She believes that if people can understand their surroundings, the way that environments shape behavior, and how our brains work that this will allow individuals to be able to making lasting changes. She believes that the more people who show up in their potential, the more it can help create a better, more tolerant world.
